5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Training Courses)

You may request a refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of a course. Requests made within this period are eligible for a full refund. After this cutoff, purchases are final. Instead of a refund, you may reschedule a scheduled course once at no extra charge if requested at least 5 days before the original start date. Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the payment method used for enrollment.

5.2 Digital Information Products

Digital materials become available immediately after purchase. All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once access credentials or download links have been delivered. This policy ensures the integrity and security of our proprietary content.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of delivery and returned unused in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we inspect the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund within 15 business days to the payment method originally used.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Services may be cancelled or rescheduled by you in accordance with section 5.1. Zenvira reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
